CHRISTOPHER HEAD(Director) qualified as a barrister, and has specialised in employment law for over 25 years. He brings a refreshingly clear approach to complex topics, and concentrates on the commercial and practical implications of employment regulation.

PETER YEELES (Consultant), our specialist on equal pay and related issues. Peter also provides representation at employment tribunals. Highly regarded for his expertise on job evaluation, he has been a guest lecturer on the subject for ACAS and the IPD.

PAT PERRIDGE (Consultant), is an experienced senior manager, with extensive experience at board level in UK and international service businesses. He has at various times held positions as Director of HR, E-commerce and Projects.
He is an HR generalist, with a particular interest in improving business performance through the application of HR strategies and in change management. Additionally, he has recent experience in the introduction of Safety Monitoring systems. He is available as an interim, or as a consultant in change management or in other projects requiring his specialist expertise.

ANNIE WHITCHER
(Consultant), works with organisations where there might be conflict, mergers and change, to get clarity around the issues, and prepare strategies to help people work through them.
Using a variety of skills and techniques, Annie has supported organisations for over 25 years, working through periods of expansion, contraction, merger and acquisition, sell-off, takeover and privatisation. She can focus on business imperatives, whilst navigating chaos.
