| Our ‘Hotline’ service is designed to provide rapid response by telephone, fax or e-mail. We also help draft warning and dismissal letters, and so on. The service is available on retainer, by credit card, or by prior arrangement on monthly invoice on credit terms. Office hours are 9:30am to 5:30am Monday to Fridays excluding Bank and Public Holidays.
We offer direct access to managers, or a top-up service for HR departments - depending on your needs. From one-off queries to longer projects, we are always happy to help. For larger organisations, our regular reports on the issues we have handled provide a useful feedback on longer term trends.
If you get advice from a particular consultant and you need further advice at a later date, we won't keep you hanging about because they are in tribunal or out with a client. All our advisors have access (on a strictly confidential basis) to all on-going queries and can pick up where their colleague left off. If you prefer to speak to your original consultant, we can rapidly tell you when they are next available.

For non-retainer clients we have a special introductory offer. If you pay securely online, we offer you up to two hour's advice for a fixed fee of £390 plus VAT (£458.26 inc. VAT). Unused time is kept on our system and can be used later. |
