Advisory service
Sometimes you need an 'intelligent friend' to explore your options with. At other times you need someone who has experience in a subject you are not completely familiar with.
Our 'Hotline' service is designed to provide rapid response by telephone, e-mail or fax.
You can authorise HR contacts only, or you may authorise line manager contacts to call us directly. We keep a list of 'authorised' contacts and advise only those people you specify. Regular reporting of hotline activity ensures you remain aware of activity on your account. Subscribe to our free email newsletter
Our recording system for Hotline provides a log of all calls, noting the date, identity of enquirer, consultant, subject matter category, and time spent. We can produce monthly, quarterly or annual reports analysing the usage in a variety of ways, and such reports may be of use in identifying recurring problem areas. In addition each call/e-mail/fax is individually noted and full records can be sent to you of any particular matter that is causing concern.
The hotline service is available on a pre-payment or ad-hoc fee basis. Pre-payment hotline clients qualify for substantial discounts on other hourly rate projects where they are billed on a credit (as opposed to pre-payment) basis.
Pre-paid fees are for a specific amount of work, rather than a pre-set retainer period. If you do not use the time in one month/quarter, this is carried forward to the next until the time is used up. Pre-payment accounts can be used to fund hotline services only, or can be arranged for consulting projects or litigation.
We have our own local rate phone and fax numbers - designed to save you money. Phone: 08452 303050 Fax: 08452 303060.
