Age Discrimination
Age Discrimination legislation arrived in the UK in October 2006. In 2007 we still don't know the final decision on compulsory retirement. We await European Court decisions, but employers must run their businesses during 2008 without the benefit of a definitive decision.
What are the key issues? What is really at stake? What needs to be done to prepare?
This workshop offers practical suggestions for diagnosing where problems may arise, and strategies for preventing, investigating and dealing with them appropriately The programme can be tailored to your own policies and run in-house. Subscribe to our free email newsletter
