TUPE - a hands on guide
 back to course list
This programme explores the commercial and practical implications of the Transfer of Undertakings Regulations (TUPE) and highlights the key steps to avoid legal complications. Anyone contemplating buying or selling a business, pitching for a contract serviced by their staff, or changing contractor should be aware of these issues before planning their changes. Up to date with April 2006 changes and recent case law, this practical course is for the hands on manager, owner, or HR manager. Written and run by consultants who work with TUPE all the time it draws on almost two year's worth of TUPE transfers under the current regulations, and more than twenty under the previous version.
