Part-time Workers' Rights
 back to course list
Changes to the law on part-time workers came into effect on 1 July 2000. New rights to flexible working will come into effect as part of the Employment Rights Act 2002. Many employers are still unaware of the effect of part time workers rights on their day to day decisions.
This programme explores the commercial and practical implications of the changes and allows room to debate and explore the potential effect.
