Performance Management
back to course list
When does performance management become bullying and harassment?
Busy managers can find it hard to draw the line. All too often underperforming staff are under managed while everyone is too busy to tackle them about it.
Performance management is about taking back control, regaining the equilibrium of the workforce and reinvesting enthusiasm in your people through effective management practices.
We offer a one-day programme designed to help you produce action plans and strategies for tackling performance problems.
