Irenicon offers a fully-resourced Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal litigation service.  Our services are founded on applying our litigation experience to assist clients in maximising their position.

Litigation services range from the Report on Prospects service - providing an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of a case, together (as requested) with advice on documents, witnesses, evidence and case law - to a full preparation and advocacy service.   We can stand behind you and act as an 'intelligent friend' or  provide a full respresentation service - whichever is more appropriate for you.

We operate stringent internal review and controls to ensure highest quality of service to clients.

Our reporting and administration systems are designed to ensure that you remain in control at all stages of the process. We will tell you at an early stage whether we think you can win, what it will take to win (witnesses and documents), and how much we think it will cost.

You can buy just this report, or pre-trial briefings, or a complete service.   We try to ensure you make your decision knowing what you stand to gain or lose, and how much it is likely to cost to get you there.

We handle discrimination claims (as well as ordinary unfair dismissal claims) on a regular basis.  We work with redundancies, transfers, bullying, constructive dismissal and any issue that may come before en employment tribunal.
